@v2/themis-community-governance is the V2 binding for @themis/community
across crew, clique, stable, and faction governance surfaces.
The adapter uses the Themis sports-club governance manager for rule committees, rule proposals, rule votes, and final approval reports. It uses the association governance manager for member ratification of crew-rule constitutions and charter amendments. Each constitution amendment is returned with ratification and enactment status. V2 adds a small member-reputation projection over the Themis outputs so clients can show whether a member is trusted, good, probation, or limited for future rule sponsorship.
The service emits governance audit events:
themis.community.rule_vote.finalizedthemis.community.constitution.ratification.finalized
The adapter is off rollback. It can publish or hold social governance state, crew-rule changes, faction constitutions, and apps/oshun community surfaces, but it cannot affect deterministic rollback inputs, match simulation, or competitive frame outcomes.
