Domains

The 54 capability, engine, and substrate domains — the shared systems products are built from, each with its features, architecture, and specifications, consolidated into one reader (§5). This is the canonical domain surface; pnpm domains:check keeps every domain’s three source documents present and code-aligned. Each card carries the domain’s real code footprint — its tracked project count — and 1 domain is honestly planned-only (documented, no code yet).
