Data & schema reference

The persisted data model of every Prisma-backed domain — generated from the committed schema.prisma files (§6 data/schema reference). 16 schemas, 485 tables. The data layer is polyglot: domains that persist outside Prisma (Redis, object stores, vector indexes) document that in their subsystem deep-dives — this reference covers what the schema files declare.
