Completion Rules#

  • The Lilith-Safety follow-the-sun pool has 16 named operator seats across three shifts, with English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Hindi covered in-house. Additional wave-1 languages route to the localization partner SLA.
  • Editorial, rights, commerce, and capacity pools have owners, staffing counts, working hours, dashboard links, and drill records.
  • Every required incident path has severity mapping, commander role, first action SLA, rollback, user communications, audit events, and drill evidence.
  • Ramp triggers feed a weekly leadership review and map directly to an approved hiring action with lead-time tracking.
  • The GA + 12 month target is tracked explicitly, including safety shift growth, per-region editorial expansion, and event-capacity uplift.
