Decision#
@nous/platform is the model lifecycle and deployment registry surface for V2.
It owns model registry entries, deployment manifests, provider routing metadata,
cost-cap integration, and per-service evaluation pointers.
Implementation Contract#
Before any V2 AI service depends on @nous/platform, the package must expose:
- model registry CRUD
- deployment manifest validation
- provider routing metadata
- cost cap configuration
- evaluation result links
- audit export hooks for
@themis/accountability
An empty package or barrel-only export is not acceptable.
