Decision#

V2 builds its P1 rollback, matchmaking adapter, and transport integration locally. Neith is not a launch dependency for deterministic netcode.

Implementation Contract#

  • V2Netcode owns rollback for 1v1 and 2v2 tag launch modes.
  • V2OnlineServices may reuse non-deterministic platform abstractions only after a wrapper test proves they do not enter the rollback simulation.
  • A future Neith adapter can be evaluated after §7 is complete and replay determinism is already proven.
