V2 model cards live in V2/docs/ai/model-cards/. @nous/safety owns runtime
model lifecycle metadata, and @themis/accountability owns audit evidence and
regulator-facing export.
Implementation Contract#
Every V2 AI service must have a model card before live use. The card must cover purpose, provider, data sources, risk class, disclosure text, evaluation results, fallback behavior, cost cap, region restrictions, and owner.
