Each cell has a local morality or reputation model, but V5 also needs a cross-cell moral axis that can influence Bureau progression and Mind Palace interpretation.
Decision#
V5 bridges local axes into a shared moral compass. Urban tracks Cop/Triad and Lawful/Outlaw, Period tracks Family/Outsider and case quality, Frontier tracks Honor/Bounty, Hunter tracks Humanity, and Sci-Fi tracks Paragon/Renegade.
Consequences#
- Local cell axes retain their own ranges and semantics.
- Shared Bureau systems consume normalized moral deltas.
- Narrative gates must state whether they depend on local or global morality.
