Parties and scope#
This template covers a limited-time celebrity guest operator using cleared name, image, likeness, voice, and performance capture rights from the §81 register.
Required grants#
- Name, image, likeness, voice, and performance-capture rights for the approved availability window.
- Recorded voice-over, facial capture, full-body mocap, stills, credits, and marketing-still use only as listed in the individual clearance entry.
- Localization, accessibility, trailer, press, and platform-store uses needed to publish the limited-time operator.
Roster rules#
- Guest operators are time-boxed and must not be added to the permanent competitive roster.
- The contract must define removal, replacement VO, archive, replay, and credits behavior after the availability window.
- Shipping name lock, approval rights, union or guild obligations, residuals, stunt safety, and likeness revocation remedies must be explicit.
Compliance#
No guest operator may ship until legal, creative, marketing, localization, VO, mocap, platform, and privacy reviews are complete.
