Section 134 defines WorldBossCommunityRaid.V2, the online catalog for world bosses, async raids, weekly community challenges, daily community goals, community dashboards, cooperative shared-instance attempts, and server-side contribution validation.

World Boss#

World Boss events use community-shared HP. Players chip at the boss through post-match per-account contribution submissions during a seven-day event window. Reward tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Mythic community completion tiers, personal damage contribution rewards, and an exclusive cosmetic for the top 1 percent of contributors. Each boss has unique authored mechanics, such as healing on rage state or splitting at 50 percent HP into two bosses that still share an HP pool.

Each boss also owns a cinematic intro, per-cycle boss state changes, a per-account contribution leaderboard, and a weekly top-N spotlight.

Async Raid#

Async raids support 12 to 24 players contributing through per-player time slots over a one-to-three-day window. Total raid damage and per-mechanic completion both drive the reward tier. The default raid is a monthly per-quarter signature event with a themed boss and lore arc.

Community Events#

Weekly community challenges track time-limited targets such as 1 billion community world-boss damage in seven days. Completion grants a community-wide cosmetic. Regional progress is tracked separately for NA, EU, JP, KR, LATAM, and OCE; region clears grant regional cosmetics, while aggregate global completion grants a global cosmetic.

Daily Goals#

Daily community goals track aggregate targets, such as 100,000 ranked wins in a day. Completion rewards all participants.

Dashboard#

The community aggregate dashboard is a daily in-game widget that exposes total community match count, Battle Pass progress, tournament participation, and per-region community state.

Cooperative World Events#

Crew-coordinated world boss attempts support 8 to 32 players in a shared instance simultaneously fighting the boss. Successful shared-instance attempts receive elevated contribution through a cooperative bonus damage multiplier.

Contribution Validation#

World boss damage is accepted only through server-side validation. The v2.world-boss-contribution-validation schema cross-references Section 49, rejects live rollback frame RPCs, disallows live shared-HP reads, voids flagged damage, and writes contribution audit logs.
