V2/ue/Tools/visualize-v2-rust-dependencies.py renders the local Rust Cargo
graph into JSON, Graphviz DOT, and Mermaid evidence. The report highlights the
crates with the longest criticalLength values and includes each blocker's
direct dependency count, direct dependent count, and transitive dependent count.
Edges point from dependency to dependent, matching the compile order used by
plan-v2-rust-crate-schedule.py. A crate with a high critical length and many
transitive dependents is a build bottleneck because it delays a larger portion
of the graph.
The release evidence is $(ArchiveRoot)/Rust/dependency-visualization.json,
$(ArchiveRoot)/Rust/dependency-visualization.dot, and
$(ArchiveRoot)/Rust/dependency-visualization.mmd. Horde gates require
rust-dependency-visualization-generated,
rust-dependency-visualization-critical-blockers, and
rust-dependency-visualization-edge-count.
