Question#

What originality policy, prohibited export classes, warning thresholds, and language govern project transfer?

Recommendation#

Adopt Section 4.2: transfers carry abstract principles/constraints/questions/tasks only (YSD-4035); prohibited export classes are source media, extracted assets, near-copy prompts, and high-resolution protected crops; overly-specific-expression and source-concentration checks are reviewable and inspectable (YSD-4033/4034); warnings are advisory where the proposal does not authorize blocking, and every surface states the system does not make legal conclusions (YSD-4038); escalation goes to the decision owner.

Options considered#

  • Automatic legal scoring — rejected: YSD-4033 explicitly forbids an opaque originality/legal score.
  • Silent blocking of everything risky — rejected: YSD-4038 requires advisory-and-inspectable where blocking is not authorized.

Consequences#

  • Section 4.2 items implement the detectors, tests, and language; YSD-18143 (Gate 14) proves it end to end.

Machine-enforced outcome (once approved)#

Transfer pipeline strips prohibited classes; adversarial transfer tests (YSD-4037) enforce; non-legal-advice copy is a tested string.
