V7 Staged Rollout Record

Correction (2026-06-12). None of the five stages below was ever executed. The "Decision: advance" narratives were authored on 2026-06-02 — the same day the record was created — describing creator/community/population activity that never happened, and "clean IR drills" that were code-level simulations. staged-rollout.json now records every stage as planned / pending. As of 2026-06-17 pnpm run verify:v7 staged-rollout has been reworked to assert this honest state (and to forbid re-fabricating met / advance without operational execution). Treat the stage narratives below as stage plans, not records.

This directory records the V7 staged rollout required by V7/V7_features.md#region-rollout-strategy. The canonical machine-readable record is staged-rollout.json; pnpm run verify:v7 staged-rollout verifies that every stage's record is well-formed and honest — planned / pending until operationally executed — with real eval-gate evidence and a clean code-level incident-response-drill simulation, and that a stage is only marked advance once it is met.

Creator Alpha#

Decision: pending (planned). Invited creators exercised Dedicated realm hosting, Ixchel sandboxing, Mawu Studio authoring, dependency resolution/conflict handling, Abundantia publishing, malware/CSAM screening, the trust boundary, and golden replay determinism. The clean IR drill quarantined exactly the three realms that pinned the flagged dependency.

RP Beta#

Decision: pending (planned). Whitelisted community realms exercised Nana roleplay state, Pheme voice, Hera groups, moderation, minor-protection, identity isolation, passport travel, anti-cheat, and Dedicated-scale netcode. The clean IR drill locked down the high-risk realm set and quarantined exactly five pinned-realm targets with no false-positive quarantine.

Meshing Beta#

Decision: pending (planned). Selected high-population realms exercised Danu mesh handoff, colocation, netcode loss behavior, single-writer persistence, anti-cheat, and golden replay. The clean IR drill recalled a flagged artifact during a handoff scenario and quarantined exactly four pinned-realm targets.

Economy Launch#

Decision: pending (planned). Engagement payouts, direct sale, dependency revenue, fraud graphing, currency firewalling, identity isolation, trust-boundary protection, and Aje cash-out gates were exercised. The clean IR drill froze the abuse cohort, preserved payout ledgers, and quarantined exactly two affected realm targets.

General Availability#

Decision: pending (planned). General availability requires every adversarial eval gate to remain green, plus a clean full-scale cross-platform recall and console distribution freeze drill. The drill quarantined exactly eight pinned-realm targets with localized public reporting prepared for all V7 launch locales.
