Phase 72.5.1.14 adds @v2/telemetry-integration-tests, the automated
client-to-warehouse integration harness for telemetry.
runTelemetryClientToWarehouseIntegration posts a client TelemetryEventBatch
to createTelemetryIngestionEndpoint, verifies the accepted batch is queued on
v2-telemetry-firehose, wraps that queued batch in a Kafka stream envelope, and
executes runTelemetryDataPipelineOnce into a memory warehouse sink.
The test suite covers a standard client UI event, a
v2.client.performance.sampled event from @v2/client-performance-telemetry,
and a rejected invalid client batch that must not reach warehouse rows.
