forgetting frontier, turn the per-lesson active-recall checkpoint into a mastery
signal fed back to Atlas wonder-scoping, and tune item difficulty into the flow
channel (challenge-skill balance). Reuses @mnemosyne/core FSRS/IRT — no new
psychometrics.
