Neith sovereign Remote Control Preset + Web Remote: property exposure presets
with typed metadata (ranges/steps/groups), a REST+WebSocket command dispatch for
get/set/batch (live-edit while running), auto-generated web-remote UI widgets
(sliders/toggles/dropdowns/groups), bidirectional OSC address mapping, MIDI
control-surface binding with 7-bit scaling, role-based auth + per-property ACL,
an audit log of remote changes, and preset export/import (phase 172.9)
