## Question

What moderation, challenge, publication, harassment-response, and
institutional-control policies govern teaching?

## Recommendation

Draft now, enforce when the classroom segment opens (per YSD-0123):
teacher-moderated assignment and feedback queues; learner challenge flow with
retained disagreement (YSD-4077); study-pack publication requires teacher
review + rights re-check; harassment response follows the platform trust-safety
runbook with classroom-specific escalation (YSD-4074); institutional controls
(roster, retention, guardian consent for minors per YSD-4054) are tenant-scoped
settings. All policies are contract-ready in Section 2/14 shapes from day one so
enabling classrooms is a flag flip plus policy activation, not a schema break.
