## Recommendation

Individual creator learner first: it matches the walking-skeleton persona
(learner filmmaker), requires no classroom moderation, minor-consent, or
enterprise tenancy at launch, and exercises every core loop (ingest, rights,
study, notebook, practice) with the smallest policy surface. Classroom follows
once YSD-0137 moderation policies are approved.

## Options considered

- Classroom — deferred: pulls in YSD-4054 minor consent, YSD-4074 moderation,
  and institution controls before the core loop exists.
- Studio team — deferred: needs enterprise tenancy/SSO and team review flows.
- Internal production — viable pilot audience but not a customer segment; keep
  as dogfooding channel.

## Consequences

- Tenancy ships single-user-project-first; collaboration contracts (Section 2)
