Owns seasonal contracts, event rotation, hot-fix windows, calendar feeds, and
client-facing schedule publication. The Year-1 feed exposes four authored
seasonal-theme rotations plus anniversary, charity, and console tie-in events at
`/v5/live-service-calendar/year1`. Persistent online world-event scripts are
published through `/v5/live-service-calendar/world-events/year1`, including Gang
War Week and eleven additional Year-1 settlement-backed events. Full-Vision
pro-stadium tour broadcast windows are published through
`/v5/live-service-calendar/pro-stadium-tour` so the public calendar and
spectator portal can share the same venue schedule.
