# @v2/themis-community-governance

V2 service adapter for crew, clique, stable, and faction governance. The package
composes `@themis/community` sports-club and association governance managers so
V2 can publish community rule votes, member reputation standing, and
constitution amendment outcomes from one stable contract.

The adapter is intentionally off rollback. It can affect crew-rule publication,
clique / stable officer workflows, faction constitutions, and social-surface
governance state, but it cannot affect deterministic rollback inputs, match
simulation, or competitive frame outcomes.
