V2 service adapter for crew, faction, and Battle Hub community health surfaces.
The package composes `@kuanyin/community-harmony` for temperature scoring,
tension detection, faction formation, intervention triggers, raid detection,
defense mode, new-user throttles, posting restrictions, raid documentation,
recovery, reassurance messaging, and platform reporting.

The adapter is intentionally off rollback. It can affect community messaging,
moderation routing, slow mode, posting trust gates, and raid response, but it
cannot affect deterministic rollback inputs, match simulation, or competitive
frame outcomes.
