Authoring-only bridge for V2 karaoke and rhythm-combat fusion. It composes
Euterpe `@euterpe/genesis` for procedural backing tracks, `@euterpe/accompany`
for adaptive accompaniment and deterministic scoring-rubric inputs,
`@euterpe/protect` for streamer-safe swap/originality checks, Calliope
`@calliope/sound-design` for per-fighter signature theme variations, and
`@iris/voice` for pitch/speed voice directives.

The bridge writes cook-time manifests for `V2Mode_Karaoke`,
`V2Mode_RhythmCombat`, `V2DynamicMusic`, and `V2Audio`. It is explicitly off
rollback and rejects live rhythm-combat frame calls.
