# 0008: Period Authenticity Bundles

## Context

The Period cell spans 1930s, 1947, and 1968 eras over a shared city. Vehicles,
fashion, radio, signage, slang, lighting, and prop density must shift by era
without duplicating the entire world.

## Decision

V5 uses three period-authenticity bundles for 1930s, 1947, and 1968. Bundles
drive Data Layer swaps, NPC presentation, vehicle pools, UI flavor, radio
content, and era validation.

## Consequences

- Period content must declare an era bundle.
- Runtime swaps are data-driven through V5PeriodAuth.
- Certification and cultural-review checks can audit each era separately.
