V4 map, including venue name, trade dress, architectural likeness, signage,
broadcast use, screenshots, and promotional stills.

## Required terms

- Full written permission from the venue holder before art lock.
- Revenue share, reporting cadence, audit rights, tax details, and payout
  thresholds.
- Location rights covering venue name, exterior likeness, interior likeness,
  wayfinding, signage treatment, and public-area reference access.
- Architectural-recreation rights for interiors, exteriors, wayfinding,
  lighting, sightlines, and venue-specific art direction.
- Cultural-representation review covering community context, local language,
  staffing portrayal, prohibited sponsor conflicts, and visitor safety.
- Venue-owner approval rights for pre-release review without blocking safety,
  ratings, platform, or accessibility compliance.

## Restrictions and remedies

The license must define excluded sponsors, emergency takedown, substitute art,
post-expiration replay/archive handling, and cultural or community review for
the venue context.
