# Heritage Firearms Weapon Accuracy Partnership Template

## Parties and scope

This template covers a launch content collaboration between V4 Publisher and a
cleared heritage firearms manufacturer referenced by
`Brand.HeritageFirearmsPartner`.

The collaboration is limited to tactical campaign weapon-rendering accuracy:
proportions, materials, animation reference, handling review, safe on-set
handling guidance, and approved briefing attribution.

## Rights

- Trademark, product-reference, and style-guide rights must match the
  `Brand.HeritageFirearmsPartner` clearance register entry.
- The manufacturer may review art-reference use, but V4 retains final creative
  control over fiction, mission context, balance, and ratings compliance.
- No gameplay-stat advantage, pay-to-win effect, or competitive tuning change
  may be attached to the collaboration.

## Approvals and restrictions

- Required approvals: LegalClearance, CreativeDirector, ArmorSafetyLead,
  ArtDirector, and Localization.
- Off-limits categories and jurisdictional advertising restrictions must be
  checked before any public use.
- The collaboration must not be treated as reactive paid placement; it must be
  justified by the creative brief.

## Expiration and remedies

The agreement must include expiration, audit, attribution, takedown, and
replacement-art remedies so the campaign can ship a compliant substitute if any
brand right is withdrawn.
