# V4 Creator Program NDA Template

## Confidential Materials

Creator-program builds, variant trailers, BTS footage, looped B-roll, review
guides, event schedules, and unreleased economy details are confidential until
the embargo lift time recorded in the creator asset bundle.

## Permitted Use

Approved creators may use materials only for assigned V4 preview coverage,
stream preparation, editorial review, or agreed social cuts. Materials may not
be redistributed to non-approved collaborators.

## Security

Preview builds and media are per-creator watermarked. Creators must not remove
watermarks, share credentials, mirror files, or stream outside the approved
window.

## Breach and Revocation

V4 may revoke early access, invalidate creator codes, and claw back unpaid
program revenue share after a material breach, subject to legal review.
