# Saraswati Help Center

surface: Saraswati route: `/lilith/saraswati` status: GA help article

## What Saraswati Is

Saraswati is the V3 music and concert surface for persona catalogs, ticketed
performances, signed editions, crowd-light choreography, and provenance-backed
recordings. The help article applies to browser, native, VR, Pixel Streaming,
and Tier-2 fallback launch paths.

## Primary Tasks

1. Browse persona catalogs and inspect grounded backstory citations.
2. Buy a concert ticket, pick a privacy seat, and review recording consent.
3. Join hall, front-seat, or crowd-band experiences from the launch dialog.
4. Open C2PA provenance for tracks, recordings, and signed editions.
5. Request withdrawal or takedown review for rights-sensitive material.

## Privacy and Consent Controls

- Ticket purchase surfaces the recording model before payment.
- Privacy seats are available at no additional cost.
- Minor accounts are assigned privacy seats and cannot unlock full-capture
  seats.
- Mid-concert privacy switches redact future capture and trigger the recording
  consent ledger update.

## Troubleshooting

- If Pixel Streaming capacity is constrained, the router offers Tier-2 fallback
or static concert status depending on device capability.
- If signed-edition minting is pending, keep the provenance bundle open until
the C2PA and AJE receipts show green.
- If crowd-light choreography is not visible, check the concert accessibility
  panel for photosensitive-safe mode.
