# V3 Concert Authoring Pipeline

Section 73D is implemented as a typed Saraswati Stage contract, a Lilith Studio
authoring surface, deterministic release-gate evidence, and Playwright coverage.
The pipeline is scoped to complete concert authoring for a GA Saraswati artist
without bypassing V1 editorial workflow, Isis provenance, or UE Sequencer
publication controls.

## Web Studio Signoff

The Lilith Studio concert route exposes the same release contract through
deterministic `data-*` attributes used by Vitest and Playwright:

The publish button calls `publishSaraswatiConcertSequencer`. It remains disabled
when the speech-bank evidence drops outside the 8-12 slots x 3-5 alternates
window, the staging dress-rehearsal count falls below two, or the GA cadence
proof window is incomplete.

## Verification

The release gate checks the library contract, Web Studio route, shell route
registry, unit tests, Playwright coverage, evidence JSON, workflow hooks, and
TODO checkboxes. Focused automated verification for implementation signoff:
