# V2 Telemetry BI Export Connectors

Phase 72.5.2.14 adds `@v2/telemetry-bi-export-connectors`, the governed
connector surface for Grafana, Tableau, and Looker.

The service composes `@v2/telemetry-data-export-api` through
`buildV2TelemetryBiExportConnectorsSurface`. It never reads the warehouse
directly; authorization, approved purpose checks, topic/account scopes,
pagination, and forbidden raw identifier guards remain owned by the governed
export API.

## Connectors

- Grafana: `grafana-json-dataframe` returns JSON data frames for a Grafana JSON
  API data source.
- Tableau: `tableau-web-data-connector` returns a stable column schema and rows
  suitable for a Tableau Web Data Connector or Hyper conversion step.
- Looker: `looker-explore` returns rows plus a `v2_telemetry_events` LookML view
  for the `oshun_v2_telemetry` model.

Raw account IDs are not accepted or emitted. Connector rows may include
`accountIdHash` only when the governed export API authorized that scope.

## Policy

- Policy ID: `v2-telemetry-bi-export-connectors-v1`
- Source package: `@v2/telemetry-data-export-api`
- Source policy: `v2-telemetry-data-export-governed-v1`
- Connector outputs: Grafana, Tableau, Looker
- Privacy: account-level joins use `accountIdHash`; raw account IDs are never
  exposed

## Output

The surface emits:

- requested connector list
- source export audit from `queryTelemetryDataExport`
- source event count
- Grafana data frames
- Tableau schema and rows
- Looker LookML view and rows

## Gates

`check-v2-telemetry-bi-export-connectors.py` validates the contract, service
package, source tokens, tests, docs, workflow wiring, Horde gates, and the Phase
72 checklist item. Required gates are
`telemetry-bi-export-connectors-service-present`,
`telemetry-bi-export-connectors-grafana`,
`telemetry-bi-export-connectors-tableau`,
`telemetry-bi-export-connectors-looker`, and
`telemetry-bi-export-connectors-ci-wired`.

Targeted verification:

```bash
pnpm --filter @v2/telemetry-bi-export-connectors run typecheck
pnpm --filter @v2/telemetry-bi-export-connectors run test
python V2/ue/Tools/check-v2-telemetry-bi-export-connectors.py
```
