## Stunt performer roster

The per-fighter primary and backup performers are recorded in
[per-fighter-production-coverage.csv](per-fighter-production-coverage.csv). All
stunt agreements carry SAG-AFTRA or equivalent terms, per-shoot insurance, medic
coverage, coordinator signoff, and credit/residual language.

Safety coverage per shoot:

| Role | Assigned |
| ------------------- | ---------------- |
| Stunt coordinator | Elena Marquez |
| Fight choreographer | Kenji Sato |
| On-set medic | Dr. Simone Grant |
| Weapons wrangler | Priya Raman |
| Safety producer | Vera Malik |
| Stage technician | Omar Quinn |

## Mocap data pipeline

1. Capture with Vicon and OptiTrack calibrated to the V2 skeleton slate.
2. Run cleanup through the AJA motion pipeline SDK.
3. Retarget through AJA neural retargeting to `SK_V2_Fighter`.
4. Review foot phase, contacts, root motion, weapon arcs, and fall safety tags.
5. Edit curves and keyframes in the animation cleanup pass.
6. Import approved takes to `/Game/V2/Animation/Mocap/<FighterToken>/`.
7. Bind take metadata to the fighter signature library and animation choosers.
8. Archive raw data, camera reference, consent logs, and import receipts.

The data pipeline rejects missing take metadata, missing actor consent, unknown
fighter tokens, unreviewed weapon replicas, or takes without calibration data.

## Session footage archive

Reference video is retained for animator review and the behind-the-scenes
gallery. Each shoot stores:

| Asset | Retention |
| ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------- |
| Raw camera reference | Cold storage plus working proxy |
| Director notes | Production archive |
| Safety briefing recording | Legal archive |
| Actor consent log | Rights archive |
| Approved behind-the-scenes selects | Marketing archive |
| Import receipts | Build archive |

## Stage logistics

Primary and backup stage rental contracts reserve annual capacity for principal
shoots. The primary studio must provide six months notice for capacity loss; the
backup studio carries hot-failover terms for disaster recovery.

Performance-capture suits are inspected before call time, cleaned after every
shoot day, and retired after failed marker integrity inspection. Maintenance is
tracked by suit serial, actor assignment, cleaning batch, and repair ticket.

Equipment manifest per shoot:

| Item | Required |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------: |
| Optical cameras | 72 |
| Active markers | 320 |
| Backup markers | 160 |
| Calibration wands | 4 |
| Body suits | 18 |
| Facial rigs | 8 |
| Rubber weapon replicas | 24 |
| Crash mats | 18 |
| Prop tables | 6 |
| Pyro/squib package | Cinematic-only, safety gated |

## Retention and disaster recovery

Raw capture data is backed up to two independent off-site storage providers and
an immutable cold-storage archive. Every take stores shoot id, fighter id,
performer id, consent version, equipment manifest hash, safety signoff, and
import receipt.

If the primary studio loses capacity because of facility closure, equipment
failure, or force majeure, production fails over to Harbour Light Capture within
seven calendar days. Shoots with partner-IP dependencies receive licensor notice
within 24 hours and retain their review order.
