# Brand, Celebrity, And Venue Partnerships

`BrandCelebrityVenuePartnerships.V2` is the Section 136 catalog for real-world
brand sponsorships, celebrity guest fighters, licensed venues, pop-up events,
branded modes, partnership ethics, and brand crossover Battle Pass seasons.

## Brand Sponsorship

The sponsorship slot covers open-world signage, vehicle decals, and racing
sponsorship placements. Each placement carries transparent brand-fit scoring and
uses per-region brand-pool variants so a brand can be excluded or replaced where
local law or community standards require it.

Launch partner entries are contract-gated for Red Bull, Monster Energy, Nike,
Adidas, Under Armour, and Logitech G. Every partner has a per-partnership
contract, a per-brand exclusive cosmetic, and a per-brand exclusive event.

## Celebrity Guests

Celebrity guest characters are seasonal, limited-time DLC fighters. Each guest
requires a NIL contract, a removal clause, and per-region content variants for
regions where local law or contract terms exclude the guest.

The signature library covers intro, taunt, victory, lore, and fighter-kit
content. Sponsorship tie-ins include a celebrity-branded cosmetic pack,
celebrity-recorded VO, and a celebrity-themed Battle Pass tier reward.

## Venue Tie-Ins

Venue tie-ins cover Madison Square Garden, T-Mobile Arena, Tokyo Dome, and
Suzuka Circuit. Each venue has a licensed stage or track, a venue-owner
contract, a removal clause, per-region availability, a cinematic intro, and
venue-flavor commentary.

## Pop-Up Events And Branded Modes

The pop-up event program supports E3, Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show, PAX, and EVO
style activations. Each event can issue promo codes, in-game cosmetics, and
commemorative flair, with physical merchandise synced to the in-game cosmetic.

The branded limited-time mode is a quarterly brand-sponsored themed mode with
brand-themed cosmetics and a leaderboard.

## Ethics And Transparency

Every partnership requires community-advisory board review, Section 95.3
sensitivity-reader review, and Section 80.10 cultural review. Partnerships are
rejected when they violate community standards.

Paid product placement is disclosed under French law and the EU DSA. The annual
brand crossover Battle Pass is limited to one brand-themed season per year and
must disclose heavy brand involvement.
