## Memorial Tournaments

Memorial tournaments commemorate beloved community members, pro players, or
industry figures with a cinematic intro tribute, community-curated prize pool,
and cosmetic donation drive. Family or estate coordination is mandatory before
announcement. V2 honors NIL likeness opt-outs and does not monetize a memorial
event without explicit written consent.

The charity beneficiary is selected with the family or estate and must be
sustainable beyond a single event week.

## Roster, Patch, And Mode Reveals

Every DLC character drop receives a roster reveal event with a livestreamed
cinematic reveal, in-game playable demo, and community Q&A. Coordinated DLC
reveals publish simultaneously across all platform storefronts, social channels,
the public calendar, and streaming events.

Major balance patches receive a livestreamed patch reveal with developer
commentary, per-fighter buff and nerf rationale, and a community feedback
session. Mode-expansion DLC receives a gameplay walkthrough, behind-the-scenes
interviews, and an early-access flash sale only after commerce and regional
discount rules are approved.

Reveal-to-launch windows are 4-6 weeks.

## MoviePipeline Trailer Quality

Every major reveal trailer is authored in engine through MoviePipeline. Each
trailer requires a storyboard, shot list, per-shot camera blocking, cinematic
music, post-VFX pass, per-locale subtitle pass, and per-locale VO mix before it
can be published.
