# V2 Aje Faction Governance

`@v2/aje-faction-governance` is the V2-owned adapter for optional fan-token
gated faction governance. It uses `@aje/governance` Snapshot primitives to build
the faction voting space, ERC20 fan-token strategy, and proposal payload, while
V2 owns the gameplay-facing launch envelope.

The surface is blocked unless all gates pass:

- the player explicitly opts in after accepting
  `V2_AJE_FACTION_GOVERNANCE_WARNING`;
- `V2/legal/platform-cert-bans.json` explicitly clears
  `fan_token_gated_gameplay` for the target platform / region / age rating; and
- `V2/ue/Build/PlatformCookAjeReachability.json` agrees that cooked binaries
  only reach `@aje/governance` where the legal table clears that surface.

`V2/ue/Tools/check-platform-cert-bans.py` enforces the platform cert-ban table
for `fan_token_gated_gameplay` just like the existing Aje Web3 cosmetic
surfaces. Console and Apple cooks stay blocked unless publisher legal updates
the table.

The adapter is off rollback. It can open or block a faction vote in V2 social
surfaces, but it never feeds deterministic gameplay simulation or match state.
